Refund policy

We adhere to the customer concept that customers are God and do our best to provide customers with high-quality products and excellent after-sales services. However, sometimes mistakes may occur. In any case, we will try our best to help you, so we have developed a series of return policies to deal with this. Class unexpected error.

If you need to return an item, please contact us within 30 days after signing the order. Please note that if it exceeds 30 days, you may not be able to apply for a return. Here's how we handle returns for any reason:

We will issue a full refund without you having to send back additional products under the following circumstances:

5. The customer cancels the order before the package is shipped.

We agree to return the product due to the following reasons, but the customer may need to bear the shipping cost of the package and the product must be in good condition when returned to our shipping address
1. The buyer chooses the wrong product or size model, and the buyer needs to exchange it.
2 The buyer changes his mind after receiving the product and no longer needs the product and wants to return it

We do not accept returns or refunds for the following reasons
1 The buyer purchased our customized products and wants to return them if there are no quality problems.
2 The buyer damaged our product due to operational errors and requested a return.

We do not accept buyers returning packages without notifying the seller. Buyers must first contact us via email and submit a return and refund application to the seller.

Refunds will be made via:
